2. Cancellation Windows & Refund Amounts

  • Tours, Excursions & Activities
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made between the booking date and 7 days before the scheduled start date of the service will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Transfers
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made between the booking date and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time will receive a 100% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before departure are not eligible for a refund.

3. Non‑Refundable Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any PayPal transaction fees incurred during the refund process.

4. Refund Process

  • How to Request: To request a refund, please email us at contact@chougdalitravel.com with your booking reference number.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval of the request.

5. Exceptions & Force Majeure

  • Chougdali Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to:
    • Adverse weather conditions
    • Political unrest or government actions
    • Any events outside the scope of our services
  • Rescheduling: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options. We strive to protect our customers’ interests wherever possible.

6. Third‑Party Provider Cancellations

If a third‑party vendor (e.g., hotel, activity operator) cancels or significantly alters a service, we will notify you via email and offer the following options:

  1. Cancel & Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
  2. Alternative Service: Replace the canceled service with another of similar or higher value at no additional cost.
