- Full Refund: Cancellations made between the booking date and 7 days before the scheduled start date of the service will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date are not eligible for a refund.
- Transfers
- Full Refund: Cancellations made between the booking date and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time will receive a 100% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before departure are not eligible for a refund.
3. Non‑Refundable Fees
- Customers are responsible for any PayPal transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
4. Refund Process
- How to Request: To request a refund, please email us at contact@chougdalitravel.com with your booking reference number.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval of the request.
5. Exceptions & Force Majeure
- Chougdali Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Political unrest or government actions
- Any events outside the scope of our services
- Rescheduling: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options. We strive to protect our customers’ interests wherever possible.
6. Third‑Party Provider Cancellations
If a third‑party vendor (e.g., hotel, activity operator) cancels or significantly alters a service, we will notify you via email and offer the following options:
- Cancel & Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Alternative Service: Replace the canceled service with another of similar or higher value at no additional cost.
