Welcome to the Chougdali Travel Loyalty & Referral Program. These Terms govern your participation in our loyalty points program and referral rewards program.


1. Program Overview

Chougdali Travel’s Loyalty & Referral Program rewards you for booking services and referring friends. You earn points for qualifying bookings and successful referrals, which can be redeemed for discounts, free services, or gifts. The program is designed to benefit both you and Chougdali Travel by encouraging repeat business and new customer acquisition.

2. Eligibility Criteria

All registered account holders of Chougdali Travel are automatically eligible to participate in the program. No additional enrollment criteria apply.

3. Enrollment Process

Program enrollment invitations will be sent via email once our customer portal is live. No action is required until you receive your invitation. If you do not receive the invitation, you may contact us at rewards@chougdalitravel.com for assistance.

4. Earning Points or Rewards

Loyalty Program:

  • Points are awarded based on the type and duration of bookings. For example, a 10‑day tour earns more points than a 4‑day tour; shorter excursions earn fewer points.
  • Points per booking may be calculated as: Base Points × Duration (days) where Base Points vary by service category.

Referral Program:

  • You earn points when a referred friend makes a qualifying booking.
  • The number of points awarded is proportional to the friend’s booking value and duration.
  • Multi‑level referrals: If your referral refers another customer who books, you also earn a percentage of those points.

Qualifying Actions:

  • Completing a paid booking.
  • Referring a friend who completes a paid booking.

Earning Caps:

  • Maximum of 10,000 points per calendar year.
  • Maximum of 500 points per single booking.

5. Referral Process

  • Upon portal launch, you can request a unique referral link via email.
  • Referrals are tracked using unique link IDs and cookies.
  • Qualified Referral: A new customer who clicks your link and completes a paid booking within 30 days.
  • Self‑referrals and referrals of existing customers are not eligible.

6. Rewards Structure

  • Discounts: Redeem 1,000 points for a $10 discount on any service.
  • Free Services: 5,000 points can be redeemed for a free day‑trip excursion.
  • Gifts: Exclusive travel accessories or partner‑branded merchandise for 2,500 points.
  • Tier Levels:
    • Silver (0–4,999 points): Basic rewards
    • Gold (5,000–9,999 points): 10% bonus points on bookings
    • Platinum (10,000+ points): 20% bonus points and priority support

7. Redemption Process

  • Redeem points by emailing rewards@chougdalitravel.com with your account ID and desired reward, pending the portal’s completion. If you have not received your program invitation, you may also contact this email address for assistance.
  • Minimum Threshold: 500 points per redemption.
  • Expiration: Points must be redeemed within 12 months of earning.

8. Expiration and Validity

  • Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
  • Points may be forfeited if your account is terminated or inactive for more than 12 months.

9. Program Restrictions

  • Points and rewards are non‑transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Abuse or manipulation of the program (e.g., multiple accounts, fraudulent bookings) will result in forfeiture of points and possible account termination.

10. Modification and Termination

  • Chougdali Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
  • Any changes will be communicated via email prior to implementation.

11. Privacy and Data Use

  • Participation in the program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • We collect and use your data to administer the program and communicate rewards information.
